Aerating suits just before you serve them is a bit of a Chevy thing to do but it really does lift them to a new level velvety creamy and light the same time problem is most stick blenders use to aerate soup really do stick to the bottom of the pan which is a real pain this stick blender. However, doesn't blending introduces air by pulling air and food into the blades at once tiny air bubbles become absorbed in the liquid to help lighten the texture and extent the creamy sensation on your tongue but most stick benders produce a lot of downward force or suction now if I was James Dyson I'd be saying how maintaining strong suctions a good thing which of course is true when you're using a vacuum cleaner and doing a bit of hoovering but in a stick blender it's exactly the opposite it means you spend all your time fighting against the pan not being able to get the parts of the mix that you want to inevitably creating a mess when the suctions broken these are the source of food challenges that my friends at Breville and I love to tackle.
This Breville blending leg has a blade design with similar power and res per minute to other stick mixes but reduces the suction way up to eighty percent it makes aeration easier and more manageable speeds up the blending process and helps prevent a right old mess this really is the not.
Sticky stick blender. This is seriously food.
