Super food desert truffles are one of the easiest and one of the most undeniably delicious ways to get more nutrients in your life I'll show you one of my all-time favorite combinations i call it my trusty truffles because they're.
Nutrient dense and seriously everyone loves them.
I've got three dates here i'm only using three because these are kind of nice large modules and i pre pitted these just throw those in the food processor 2 tablespoons of cacao powder one of my favorites chocolate hello two tablespoons of any oxidant twister blend and I really like using this in truffles because it has goji berry powder SI e powder and pomegranate powder all-in-one blend.
If you can't make up your mind on which one to use it's a good one tablespoon of palm sugar that adds a nice sweet crunch and then two tablespoons of coconut oil just a little pinch of sea salt and we're ready to blend the sky up great and you can tell that. This is ready because this fantastic fudgy base has formed and that is going to be what we're making the truffles out.
I take about a teaspoon per truffle and I'm just going to kind of squeeze together the dough to form a little ball and kind of also throw it back and forth to kind of pack all the good ingredients in there and then roll it into a ball now you can leave this just as is or if you want to be extra fancy you can take another tablespoon of the antioxidant twister or cacao powder or some other good tasting powder and the truffle in that just kind of dust it lightly and this adds extra flavor and nutrition and they're ready.
You can keep these as is kind of soft or you can put them in the refrigerator for about a half an hour and let them solidify as the coconut oil gets colder either way they are.
